This room is currently still under construction. These are some progress photos showing the shell top cabinets and raised panel wainscot. The period detailing for this project demanded hand planed surfaces for stile. rail, and panel fields. The resulting surfaces are gently irregular, with a soft ripple that brings a pleasing texture to the substantial millwork. The material is predominately eastern white Pine.
