Welcome to the Arden DanceThe Arden Folk Gild sponsors a Contra Dance on the first Sunday of every month, with some special dances on third Sundays. Dances are from 2 to 5 pm, with a free dance lesson from 1:30 – 2:00. Dances feature live bands and callers from Maine to North Carolina, a nice floor, and much more! Regular Admission is $9.00, $8.00/Arden Club members. |

Jan 3 - The January first-Sunday dance is back! Dance to the music of Rick Mohr, Chloe Maher, and Eric Schedler, with Tori Barone and Susan Hankin calling the dances.

Feb 7 -- Dr. Twamley's Audio Snakes with Donna Hunt calling.
March 7 - Raise the Roof is back, and with Tori Barone calling flowing contras and fast-moving, exciting squares!
April 4 - We’re very excited to welcome the Maine-based band, Perpetual e-Motion, which has been setting New England on fire! And an added bonus: Tom Hinds, visiting from Virginia, will be calling the dances!
May 2 - Kathy Angell, from Baltimore, calls to "Strings on Wings" -- Todd Clewell on guitar, Barb Schmid on fiddle, and Glenn Carson on banjo, fiddle, mandolin.

Take I95 south to DE line, use I495 to take Naamans Rd. exit, west.
Go 1.7 miles to the light at Marsh Rd/Rt 3, turn left.
At the 1st light turn left on Harvey Rd.
At the 1st light turn right on Orleans Rd. The Gild Hall is 150 yds on left.
From Baltimore and south:
Take I95 north to the Harvey Rd. exit(5 miles north of Wilmington).
At Harvey Rd. turn left. At the 2nd light turn left on Orleans Rd.
The Gild Hall is 150 yds on left.
